Purpose of this page

Workspace tab Common. Edit the problem this tuning solves and the conditions that must hold around a run.

The two blocks are Runtime and Problem. Runtime (run conditions) includes preconditions, pre-actions, post-actions, Settle (wait until the machine is stable), and completion. Problem (problem definition) includes objectives, constraints, and actuators.

Save

Cancel and Save sit on the right. Common and Algorithm are two drafts. Saving here does not write every tab on the page.

While a run is active, fields cannot be edited. Card menus still open, but their items stay unavailable.

Import from templates

Objectives and constraints can be imported from the asset catalogs. Confirm stays unavailable until you select a template. Custom scripts do not expand inside the table. You write and try them in a separate window. Only confirm writes them back to the draft. An empty script is still a valid draft.
