What OptimLight is
OptimLight does intelligent online parameter tuning for industrial fields. Sites usually adjust device parameters by experience from machine state. This product turns that work into a configurable, repeatable experiment and ships it as general software, not bound to one industry or one device.
The outward product name is OptimLight. The Chinese UI does not translate this brand. ACCAI is an engineering prefix. It appears in Windows service names and environment variables. Those names still refer to OptimLight.
The current optimizer types are EA (evolutionary / multi-objective search) and BO (Bayesian optimization), identified as ea and bo. The UI chooses an optimizer type. Each tuning then holds algorithm instances. Reinforcement learning is marked in development.
Technical features
- Online adjustment: Connect to industrial fields and run online optimization in the real production environment.
- Closed-loop iteration: Plan parameters → dispatch for execution → wait until stable → observe state, and keep iterating.
- Automatic search: Use heuristic optimization algorithms to search the parameter space from the configured objectives and constraints.
- Intelligent algorithms: Integrate Bayesian optimization, reinforcement learning (in development), and other advanced algorithms, significantly reducing field trials, for industrial cases where each evaluation is expensive.
- General-purpose platform: Objectives, constraints, and controlled devices are configurable, without a process mechanism model.
- Lightweight deployment: A B/S web architecture: simple to install and easy to deploy.
