Uninstall

Choose OptimLight in Apps, or run uninstall.exe in the product root (Start menu: Uninstall OptimLight). The wizard confirms the product root, then removes the product tree, registered services, the bundled MySQL directory and the product-root test time-series store when present, and Start menu shortcuts. It does not remove Visual C++, JDK, NVIDIA drivers, an existing 7-Zip, or a time-series store or Redis outside the product root.

Finish uninstalling an old product tree before you switch to a new product root. Do not unpack another archive while old services still point at the old tree.
